About Charles Tupper
A Life Built on Resilience, Service, and Purpose
Charles Tupper is a U.S. Army veteran, REALTOR®, trauma-informed life coach, and speaker whose journey has been defined by resilience, service, and leadership. Having endured childhood abuse and 31 years in an emotionally abusive marriage, Charles transformed deep pain into purpose. Today, he combines military discipline, professional expertise, and hard-won healing to empower others to overcome adversity, reclaim their identity, and build stronger futures.
With more than 30 years of diverse experience spanning military service, aviation, entrepreneurship, real estate, and coaching, Charles has dedicated his life to helping people heal, grow, and thrive. From guiding clients in real estate to coaching men through recovery and empowering couples to create emotionally safe marriages, he is committed to turning hardship into hope.
Military & Early Career
Charles served in the U.S. Army from 1987–1991, deploying to Desert Storm as a UH-1H helicopter crew chief. Following his service, he earned his FAA Airframe & Powerplant license and worked in aviation maintenance before launching into entrepreneurship. He founded a successful family entertainment company, produced large-scale community events, and hosted local TV programs that impacted thousands across Arizona.
Real Estate Career & Leadership
Since 2016, Charles has served Northern Arizona as a REALTOR®, specializing in residential, land, and commercial real estate. Known for his integrity, honesty, and client-first approach, he guides buyers and sellers through smooth, stress-reduced transactions while building a trusted reputation in Winslow, Holbrook, Joseph City, and the greater Navajo County area.
For Charles, real estate is more than transactions — it’s another way of living out his mission of service, empowerment, and community impact. His dedication extends beyond sales, with years of leadership in the White Mountain Association of REALTORS® (WMAR) as Treasurer, Director at Large, and Community Outreach Chair. Today, he continues that commitment as the 2025 President.

Charles believes in giving back to the community. Over the years, he has:
- Served as Charter President of the White Mountain Optimist Club, raising funds for children’s causes and international research on cancer and diabetes.
- Co-founded the regional “Read to Win” literacy program.
- Volunteered annually at the Bicycle Rodeo & Safety Fair.
- Supported local chambers of commerce and business development.
- Held long-standing leadership positions with WMAR, including Community Outreach Chair, MLS Committee Co-Chair, Treasurer, President-Elect, and 2025 President.

Coaching, Speaking & Advocacy
Having endured childhood abuse and 31 years in an emotionally abusive marriage, Charles understands trauma on a deeply personal level. Instead of letting pain define him, he transformed it into purpose — a mission to help others break free from cycles of abuse and step into strength, clarity, and healing.
Through Courageous Warrior Coach, he works with men to overcome trauma, reclaim their identity, and build lives rooted in confidence and purpose. Through Unshakable Vows, he helps couples create strong, abuse-free marriages built on trust, respect, and communication.
As a speaker, Charles shares his story nationwide, breaking the silence on male abuse and inspiring others to move from victim to victor. His upcoming book expands this mission even further.
What sets Charles apart is that his coaching, much like his real estate career, reflects the same values of integrity, resilience, and service. Whether guiding a client through the purchase of a home or helping them heal from trauma, his heart for people remains the foundation of everything he does.
