Charles Tupper Trauma-Informed Life Coach helping men heal from Trauma and abuse as a child and or adult life. He helps them become the best version of themselves. He founded Courageous Warrior LLC to help others find their Courageous Warrior while transforming from Victim to Victor as he did after going through 2 divorces and the death of a Fiancée from 2014-2017 and woke up his inner warrior.
Men Are Abused Too™ — National Awareness & Advocacy for Male Survivors
Charles experienced violent trauma and abuse as a child when his father was prescribed medicines that did not work well together. It continued with put downs, gaslighting, and a toxic relationship of 31 years, just shy of 28, married. He created Men Are Abused Too™ as an awareness campaign as abuse does not discriminate, and NO ABUSE is O.K.

Using his pain to passion, Charles speaks on his own journey from childhood abuse, to a toxic 31 year relationship just shy of 28 married. It was only after enduring all those years and two divorces followed by the death of a fiancée between 2014 and 2017 that he realized it was time to work on himself. During that time, he went from the victim to victor mindset changing his life forever.
Unshakable Vows — Helping Couples Build Strong, Lasting Marriages
Through Unshakable Vows, Charles and Terrina offer proactive premarital and couples coaching. Their approach focuses on trust, communication, and preventing unhealthy patterns before they begin.
