Charles Tupper is a U.S. Army veteran, business leader, and founder of multiple mission-driven initiatives spanning real estate, coaching, speaking, and advocacy. His life’s work is shaped by a deep commitment to service, integrity, and helping others build stronger, healthier lives and relationships.
Having endured both childhood abuse and decades in a toxic marriage, Charles transformed pain into purpose. Today, he brings both professional expertise and lived experience into his work — whether guiding clients through real estate transactions, helping men heal from trauma, equipping couples to build emotionally safe marriages, or speaking publicly to raise awareness and break the silence around abuse.
Mission & Advocacy
At the heart of Charles’ work is a commitment to healing, prevention, and empowerment. Through Courageous Warrior Coach, he helps men reclaim their identity and strength after abuse. Through Unshakable Vows, he works with couples to build strong, safe marriages before destructive patterns take root. Through Men Are Abused Too™, he leads a national awareness and advocacy effort to remind the world that abuse does not discriminate and that men, too, deserve support, dignity, and healing.
