A Life Built on Resilience, Service, and Purpose
Charles Tupper is a U.S. Army veteran, REALTOR®, trauma-informed life coach, and speaker whose life and career are defined by resilience, service, and leadership. Having endured childhood abuse and more than three decades in a toxic marriage, Charles transformed profound adversity into a mission of empowerment, healing, and prevention. Today, he brings together military discipline, professional expertise, and lived experience to help individuals, couples, and communities build stronger futures.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning military service, aviation, entrepreneurship, real estate, and coaching, Charles has dedicated his life to serving others. His entrepreneurial background includes founding and operating a family entertainment company for 25 years and creating, producing, and hosting a children’s television program, including editing and securing sponsorships. Whether guiding clients through real estate transactions, coaching men through recovery, strengthening marriages, or speaking publicly about abuse awareness, his work is rooted in integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Charles served in the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1991, deploying to Desert Storm as a UH-1H helicopter crew chief. Following his military service, he earned his FAA Airframe & Powerplant license and worked in aviation maintenance before moving into entrepreneurship.
He went on to build and operate a successful family entertainment company for 25 years. During that time, he also created, produced, and hosted a children’s television program, managing production, editing, and sponsorship development. These years strengthened his leadership, communication, and business-building skills, which continue to shape his work today.
Since 2016, Charles has served Northern Arizona as a REALTOR®, specializing in residential, land, and commercial real estate. Known for his integrity, honesty, and client-first approach, he guides buyers and sellers through smooth, stress-reduced transactions in Winslow, Holbrook, Joseph City, and across Navajo County.
His commitment to service extends far beyond transactions into leadership and advocacy. He has served the White Mountain Association of REALTORS® on committees since 2017, joined the Board of Directors in 2019, and has held a progression of leadership roles including Treasurer, culminating in his service as 2025 President and 2026 Past President.
Charles has been deeply committed to community service and volunteer leadership since 1995, consistently serving in board, nonprofit, and civic roles focused on children, families, and community development.
He served as Charter President of the White Mountains Optimist Club, supporting children and families through initiatives such as local library programs, the Bicycle & Safety Fair, Coats for Kids, and Meals for Kids.
He also co-founded the “Read to Win” literacy program, helping promote reading and educational engagement among youth in the region.
His dedication to service continues through long-standing leadership in the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®, where he has served in numerous leadership capacities leading up to the presidency.
Charles believes in giving back to the community. Over the years, he has:

What sets Charles apart is that across every field he serves — real estate, coaching, speaking, and advocacy — the same values remain constant: integrity, service, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others build better lives and stronger futures.
